• Proven experience in mechanical design and simulation, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

We seek a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical Design and Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key contributor, you will be crucial in designing and simulating mechanical systems, ensuring their functionality, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, proficiency in CAD and simulation tools, and a passion for driving excellence in product design.

1. Mechanical Design:

• Develop detailed mechanical designs for new products and improvements to existing systems.
• Utilize CAD software to create 3D models, drawings, and specifications.

2. Simulation and Analysis:

• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulations to evaluate the structural integrity, thermal performance, and overall behavior of mechanical components and systems.
• Optimize designs based on simulation results to meet performance and reliability requirements.

3. Prototyping and Testing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create prototypes for mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure designs meet specifications and performance criteria.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other engineering disciplines, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into overall system designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address design for manufacturability considerations.

5. Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and analysis reports.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates throughout the product development lifecycle.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in simulation and design tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in mechanical design and simulation.
