Qualifications: • M.Tech/MS/Ph.D. in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Industrial experience

Programming in structured text or IEC61131-3 standard language.
Programming in Structured text or IEC 61131-3 Standard langue’s
Beckhoff Train cat or codesys experience highly preferred
Experience in Beckhoff TwinCAT or Codesys is highly preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with simulation tools (optional).
Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, actuators, and automation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and designing cutting-edge mechatronic systems, combining mechanical, electrical, and software components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics, a passion for interdisciplinary engineering, and the ability to contribute to the entire product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mechatronic System Development:

Lead the design and development of mechatronic systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.

2. Prototyping and Testing:

Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate the functionality and performance of mechatronic systems.
Analyze test data and implement design improvements based on results.

3. Electromechanical Integration:

Ensure seamless electrical and mechanical components integration, addressing challenges related to power distribution, control systems, and sensor integration.
Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to optimize system performance.

4. Control System Design:

Develop and implement control algorithms for mechatronic systems.
Utilize feedback systems and sensors to achieve precise control and automation.

5. CAD Modelling and Simulation:

Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and simulations of mechatronic components and assemblies.
Conduct simulation analyses to optimize system behavior and performance.

6. Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates throughout the product development lifecycle.

7. Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and mechanical engineers to ensure effective communication and integration of all system components.
Work with manufacturing teams to address design for manufacturability considerations.
