The coating material AluCon® is a TiB2-based HiPIMS coating material. It forms a unique combination of nanocrystalline, extremely dense and at the same time smooth coating material with maximum coating adhesion. It effectively prevents built-up edges and has a hardness of up to 5,000 HV0.05. The guarantor for optimum machining resultsin non-ferrous metals, even at high operating temperatures.
