• Design and develop metal-cutting strategies and applications to meet specific customer needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in metal-cutting processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cutting tools based on material specifications, machine capabilities, and desired outcomes.
• Optimize tooling parameters to maximize tool life, reduce production costs, and improve overall machining performance.

2. Training and Support:

• Provide training to internal teams and customers on best practices for metal-cutting applications.
